I am a regular presenter and MC at wine tastings and dinners, seminars and masterclasses, from the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival to the Australian Cider Awards. With food writer Richard Cornish – stage name: The Hungry Gentlemen - I have created two events, Born to Taste and MasterQuiz: fun, interactive shows that change the way people think about flavour and teach them how to derive maximum pleasure from their palates.
I’ll be hosting a tasting session on the re-birth of pinot noir in Victoria in 1960s, 70s and 80s at this great biennial event.
